| Mohamed Adamaly (Adam) |

A multiple subject prize winner and Overall Prize winner in Sri Lanka in each of the three Stages of the CIM program, Adam’s multi-faceted marketing experience ranges from the international arena, entertainment and confectionery, to 18 years of lecturing in CIM. Adam was twice a Group Study Exchange Ambassadorial / Professional Scholar to Canada and the USA, serves as a Director of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (JV between the German Hellmann Group and Hemas Holdings)and of Sinwa Holdings Limited and was previously on the Board of the Co-operative Wholesale Establishment (CWE -Sathosa). In addition, he was a lecturer in CIMA and is a visiting lecturer at the University of Colombo and the Sri Lanka Law College. |

| Michael Ranasinghe |

| Michael commenced his career in a Japanese multinational and was the youngest delegate to represent the country at an international conference in Tokyo in 1994. He was assigned as General Manager in a Hong Kong based trading company in 1996. His experience ranges from International Marketing/Trading, and Marketing/General Management. He commenced lecturing in 1997 in CIMA and CIM. Co-founded Synergy in 1999 and Kaizen Corporate challenges in 2000. As a consultant he has experience in a variety of sectors. He is a visiting lecturer to overseas business schools and columnist in business magazines and newspapers. |

Dayan led the Business Performance Measurement team at the FMCG Sector of Hemas Holdings Ltd for five years and now functions as a Director of Melsacks (Pvt) Ltd, a company specialising in plastic packaging. He is a CIMA prize winner at Final Level, counts lecturing experience for CIMA and is currently in his fifth year as a CIM lecturer at Synergy. |

| Yarthav is a multiple prize winner produced by Synergy. He has been in the mobile communication sector for the last six years and currently holds a managerial position in a leading mobile communication service provider. |

Yasas currently heads the Sales & Marketing Team of a leading ICT Company. He holds an Honors Degree in Information Technology and has experience in the dynamically changing ICT industry. Yasas, a marketer produced by Synergy is currently reading for his MBA at Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura. |

| Kasun Pathirage |

A diversity of knowledge which combines statistics, management accountancy and marketing makes Kasun the ideal resource person in Synergy where diversity is the main focus. Commencing his career in financial advisory work in an audit company Kasun worked for six months at AC Nielson as a quantitative analyst before taking up the position of an inter bank dealer at Standard bank Colombo covering foreign exchange and money markets. |

Having commenced his career in finance, subsequently moved over to Marketing, and has experience in fields ranging from hospitality and IT to financial services. Dinesh currently holds the position of Brand Manager at a private commercial bank; he has had hands on experience in disciplines such as marketing, corporate communications, PR and brand management. |

| Mario’s experience in the corporate sector consists of brand management in the FMCG sector , sales and marketing in the apparel sector and is currently an Assistant Manager in a global bank based in Sri Lanka. Mario has excelled as a presenter and is well versed with global markets and trends in different sectors. Mario will commence his lecturing career having been a committed student of Synergy. |

| Lalindra Ranaweera |

Lalindra brings to Synergy a wealth of experience from local and overseas industries ranging from advertising, leisure, real estate, sports marketing, gas and energy transportation. He also holds a Diploma in Journalism and Communication, specialising in advertising. Lalindra counts over ten years work experience and has been a lecturer for CIM at Synergy since 2005.
